Director of Sales – Regional (Western US)

Reporting to the VP of Sales, this position is responsible for sales in a defined region in the Western US states. You'll educate potential customers about the benefits and advantages of adding PTO Exchange to their benefits package to become an employer of choice and provide employees the flexibility on how they use their accrued PTO.

The Responsibilities:

As the Director of Sales in your region, you have an opportunity to make a substantial impact on growing your customer base. Responsible for building your sales pipeline through working with VP, HRO, CHRO HR leaders on the added benefits of PTO Exchange. You'll work warm leads from SDR's and channel partners to sell and close deals. You are seen as an evangelist of our product with interested customers and build your book of business.   • Develop key relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders, to advance our mission.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales objectives for your region
  • Develop, maintain and nurture a sales pipeline consisting of self-created, channel/partner-driven, inbound, campaign, and SDR-created opportunities
  • Bring fresh ideas to enhance presentation materials, client demos, and product positioning
  • Work with customers to develop problem-solving solutions
  • Identify and execute industry-specific and geographic strategies to expand sales opportunities
  • Develop long-term customer and employee success plans
  • Attend conferences and trade shows
  • Maintain up-to-date information on industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Respectfully share honest and intelligent solutions to improve our mission and company
  • Travel is 10 – 20%*

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in business or related field or equivalent experience
  • 7 – 10 years of experience in a goal/ quota-based sales position
  • Experience with (CRM)
  • Experience with HR benefits space or with SaaS-based products
