Director of Sales – Regional (Western US)
Reporting to the VP of Sales, this position is responsible for sales in a defined region in the Western US states. You'll educate potential customers about the benefits and advantages of adding PTO Exchange to their benefits package to become an employer of choice and provide employees the flexibility on how they use their accrued PTO.

As the Director of Sales in your region, you have an opportunity to make a substantial impact on growing your customer base. Responsible for building your sales pipeline through working with VP, HRO, CHRO HR leaders on the added benefits of PTO Exchange. You'll work warm leads from SDR's and channel partners to sell and close deals. You are seen as an evangelist of our product with interested customers and build your book of business.
