Implementation Manager (Individual Contributor)

We’re looking for an exceptional and experienced Customer Implementation Manager.

As the Implementation Manager, you will manage the integration of our product with our customer payroll and time-off management systems. Continue to provide post-launch support and training to ensure customer happiness. As our Implementation Manager, you are a self-directed, problem solver and customer-centric prowess of making sure implementations are a success for the customer.

The Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong relationships with our clients and ensure their success
  • Build, own, and execute customer integration plans and timelines
  • Work across internal departments and stakeholders to ensure that customer expectations and requirements are clearly understood
  • Represent the voice of our customers and influence the product development roadmap
  • Identify common problems and roadblocks and suggest better solutions
  • Build and test data transfers per customer specifications
  • Manage and maintain integration automation and schedules
  • Strong execution of qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Ability to take the initiative and adapt
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, dedicated team player


  • Bachelor’s degree desired; or equivalent education and/or related work experience
  • 3 – 5 year’s experience as a Business or Systems Analyst
  • Experience supporting HRIS/Payroll systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of SFTP and file transfer tools
  • Demonstrated mastery of Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Experience working in an employee benefits product company is a plus
