Digital Marketing Manager

We're hiring a B2B Digital Marketing Manager to help us scale based on demand and opportunity. You'll create content and build our brand, voice, and market presence. You'll help with scalable processes in lead generation.

This role will be a bit of jack or jill of-all trades -- someone who can manage a few different tasks and execute well. You are self-motivated, versatile, and GSD (gets stuff done)! This position reports and partners with our VP of Marketing and should bring an innovative and ambitious approach to their position.

The Responsibilities:

The Digital Marketing Manager is an individual contributor role and is a pivotal player in building and executing a robust marketing engine that drives awareness, consideration, leads, and ultimately sales. Working in collaboration with the CMO and Sales team, the Digital Marketing Manager will help craft digital content and strategies to further the company's programs, brand, and revenue goals. We're looking for candidates that respectfully share honest and intelligent solutions to improve our mission and company.

  • Own our digital/social channels – expand our voice, our presence, our awareness with targeted audiences and influencers
  • Proactively seek, develop and disseminate mission-related content via a variety of media, including customer stories, video, images, interviews, and stats
  • Copywriting and content creation – email, web, blog, social post
  • Contribute to building and managing a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blogs, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.)
  • Manage and optimize technical aspects of our HubSpot marketing and CRM systems
  • Analyze and create reports using marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization
  • Lead/assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities
  • Contribute to new lead generation by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and content
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes to create, deploy, manage email, and nurture campaigns to qualify leads and move them through the sales cycle
  • Manage events and direct mail campaigns
  • Undertake individual tasks of the marketing plan as assigned
  • Respectfully share honest and intelligent solutions to improve our mission and company

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 4 - 6 year track record of B2B digital marketing experience
  • Experience with HubSpot or related CRM
  • Strong writing and content creation skills
  • Strong project management skills
